Is it likely that BM will start ACM remediation works soon and we will end up paying the SChgs demand for recovery of ACM costs ….. OR will start of the ACM Remediation works be delayed pending the agreement between BM & Government to make available the funds to Ballymore?
How is the coordinations between BM & Government expected & estimated timeframes? Tks
The last sentence states:
“Building owners will be able to register for the fund by early July.”
By when will we know if Ballymore has received the procedure to start the Registration and will it be for 100% of the ACM works costs or the Government Funds will only cover partially?
Tks
