The NPW Buildings

The New Providence Wharf is a residential development in London’s Docklands, at the north end of the Blackwall Tunnel. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and was developed by Ballymore, a property development company.It consists of a crescent-shaped block along Fairmont Avenue and Yabsley Street, ( NPW BLock A-E) plus two taller buildings ( Ontario and Charrington Towers) and two smaller buildings  (Columbia West and Michigan). The Radisson Blu hotel is co-located on the NPW site.

The development is situated in London’s Docklands within London’s financial district, Canary Wharf. Blackwall and East India Docklands Light Railway station are only a few minutes’ walk as is Canary Wharf station. Bank station in 15 minutes and London City Airport is 20 minutes.
