Valet Parking and Garage

  • PLEASE NOTE – THERE HAVE BEEN RECENT CHANGES MADE TO CAR PARKING BY MANAGEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT BAML FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT CAR PARKING. THE INFORMATION BELOW MAY NOT BE UP TO DATE.
  • The Car Park:The ‘Car Park’ at New Providence Wharf is located in the basement and is accessible via the gate on Fairmont Avenue.
  • The Parking Facility: Only lessees who have purchased the Right to Park in their lease are permitted to access the “Right to Park” a Vehicle. An owner may temporarily grant use of the Right to Park to a tenant if they let their apartment under a tenancy agreement for a minimum of 6 months to a person who is residing on the estate. When a tenant no longer resides at the estate they forfeit their Right to Park.
  • The Parking Charge Proportion: Lessees contribute via the Service Charge for the costs associated with providing underground car parking in a secure area and a Valet service.
  • Parking Permit:  A New Providence Wharf Permit will be issued for the Right to Park a car. The Parking Permit will be issued to a specific car and it’s Vehicle Registration Number. Valid dates to/from will be included on the Parking Permit. It is not permitted to swap the permit between different cars. If a second permit is needed, a second permit will be issued but only one vehicle per Right to Park must be on the estate at any one time.
  • Parking Permit Display: A New Providence Wharf Parking Permit must be displayed on the inside front windscreen bottom left hand corner.
  • Car Keys:The Valet Team must keep in their possession a key for any car that is parked on the estate. When a resident arrives home they will hand over the key to the Valet Team or Concierge to arrange for the car to be parked. Residents must always leave their key with a member of staff as it will be necessary to move the car from the Drop off/Pick Up Area
  • Visitor Parking:The Management/Valet/Concierge Team must give approval for temporary visitor parking for a visitor to the estate or a visiting car.
  • Request your Car in/out:A resident should contact the Concierge when they would like their car brought out from the car park. It is advisable to make the request at least 30 minutes before you require it as other cars may need to be moved in order to access your car. Urgent requests will be accommodated as soon as possible.
  • Cars not in regular use: You must inform the Valet Team if you are going away on holidays or do not require your car for regular use. Your car will then be moved to an area of the Car Park where cars are stored and not in regular use. It is acceptable to request the Valet Team to cover your car with a cover. You must also provide written instructions and equipment should you wish your battery to be charged from time to time. Even cars not in regular use must be able to be removed from a vehicle stacker as the equipment is inspected regularly. If your car develops a fault which prevents it from being moved, it must be able to be repaired promptly. If you are instructing your garage to collect your car including your spare car key in our possession you must provide a written instruction to release the car and the car key.
